Life is but a fleeting dream, an insignificant sliver of worldliness twisting through space-time. All you touch and all you see is all your life will ever be. All those memories will be lost in time, like tears in the rain. For we are just arbitrary subunits of a quivering biomass fighting the ravages of increasing entropy in a harsh unforgiving environment, trying desperately to evade the inevitable degeneration to thermodynamic equilibrium long enough to propagate our genetic information. You are not special. You are not a beautiful or unique snowflake. You're the same decaying organic matter as everyone else. And some day, man will be gone. There will be nothing to show that we were ever here… but stardust.
